With 6 MRI machines, the MRI Center is the largest non-hospital MRI Center in North America. As a GE Show Site, Radiologists come from around the world to see the newest innovations in MRI.

Fairfax Radiology Centers, LLC (FRC) is the largest radiology practice in the Washington, DC, metropolitan area. What you'll do:
- Work with Physicians on cutting-edge protocols and research
- Host Radiologist groups from around the world to this GE Show Site
- Provide oversight of operations and activities of the outpatient radiology center to ensure quality patient care and customer satisfaction
- Work closely with physicians to continuously improve imaging quality and physician/staff relationships
- Monitor patient survey results and use the results to improve training
- Contact patients resolve issues and perform service recovery when needed
- Foster a culture of recognition within the department
- Lead by example by demonstrating a commitment to excellence, effective communication, superior customer service, and integrity
What you'll bring:
- 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in a MRI Center (inpatient or outpatient)
- Manager experience is highly preferred
- Current ARRT or ARMRIT registry
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Ability to collaborate with Inova Research to create processes that will enhance the outcomes of research and creation of protocols
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal and organizational skills, and problem identification and resolution ability
- Competent in Microsoft Suite and applications within Outpatient Radiology
- Ability to deal with multiple tasks in a rapidly changing environment
