This is a full-time, benefitted position at the PET/CT Center in Fairfax, VA. You will work Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm.
No call, evenings, weekends, or major holidays.

What You'll Do:
- Support Patient Care: You'll assist technologists and physicians with various procedures, ensuring that each patient's experience is as smooth and comfortable as possible.
- Prepare Patients: You'll play a key role in getting patients ready for their procedures, providing clear and compassionate communication before and after their appointments.
- Emergency Response: You'll be a part of the emergency response team, ensuring patient safety and essential immediate care is provided.
- Maintain Standards: You'll ensure that all supplies are well-stocked and department is correctly sanitized.
- Compliance and Safety: You'll adhere to OSHA, HIPAA, and other state and federal regulations, ensuring a safe environment for both patients and staff.
What You Bring:
- Experience: With over two years of experience as a Medical Assistant, you bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the role.
- Education: A high school diploma and a current Medical Assistant Certification or Medical Assistant Diploma are essential to your success in this position.
- Skills: Proficiency in IV placement and current certification in Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider/AED
