This is a full-time benefited position located at our Corporate Office in Fairfax, Virginia. The hours are Monday – Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.
This position will be remote after the successful completion of a training period of 3-6 months.
No weekends, holidays, or call! Free on-site parking!

What you’ll do:
- Schedule a variety of radiologic exams with patients and referring physician's practices, in an accurate and professional manner, providing excellent customer service.
- Work in a Windows-based scheduling information system that uses color-coded entries to book appointments.
What you’ll bring:
- Excellent phone communication skills are a must for this position.
- Call Center experience is a plus
- Health insurance call center experience is highly preferred
- Strong computer systems skills
