Scheduler

This is a full-time benefited position located at our Corporate Office in Fairfax, Virginia. The hours are Monday – Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.

This position will be remote after the successful completion of a training period of 3-6 months.


No weekends, holidays, or call! Free on-site parking!

Who you are: 
As a Medical Scheduler for Fairfax Radiology Centers (FRC), you are passionate about helping others and your strong communication skills are evident in everything you do.  You understand the impact you have on the first impression of FRC.

What you’ll do:
  • Schedule a variety of radiologic exams with patients and referring physician's practices, in an accurate and professional manner, providing excellent customer service.
  • Work in a Windows-based scheduling information system that uses color-coded entries to book appointments.

What you’ll bring:
  • Excellent phone communication skills are a must for this position.
  • Call Center experience is a plus
    • Health insurance call center experience is highly preferred
  • Strong computer systems skills
